Science Day

Science Day was a one day conference held on the 29th of November 2006, to celebrate the scientific achievements of the National Action Plan for Salinity and Water Quality's State-level Investment Projects (SIPs).

The day was a big success, with 48 presentations given and around 140 people attending. Presentations covered scientific outcomes relating to:

  • Water Quality
  • Salinity
  • Sustainable Agricultural Production
  • NRM Capacity Building
  • Social & Economic aspects of NRM
